ARMRA Colostrum™ does contain lactose, so it may not be suitable for those with severe lactose intolerance. That said, the total amount is small, as each serving of ARMRA Colostrum™ is just 1 gram (about 1/2 teaspoon). 

Many users who are lactose-sensitive do well taking ARMRA Colostrum™ on its own or with the addition of lactase enzyme - so we advise taking personal factors into account.
