What is the return policy for ARMRA Colostrum?Updated 11 days ago
Since ARMRA is a food product, we maintain a strict health code and are not able to accept returns on all items. See the list below for each ARMRA product's return policy:
- ARMRA Travel Sticks – If you're not 100% satisfied with your ARMRA Travel Sticks, contact us within 30 days of purchase. We will provide a refund or replacement.
- ARMRA Jars – ARMRA Jars may only be returned if the contents remain in unopened/unused condition within 30 days of purchase. If the tamper-proof seal has been removed or damaged in any way, we can no longer accept it as a return.
- ARMRA Colostrum Soda – Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our beverages, all beverage sales are final, and we do not do accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of purchase at [email protected]. Our Concierge team can offer a replacement or other remedy, as required by applicable law, for damaged or defective goods.
- Accessories – All accessories, including The Whirl, The ARMRA Carafe, and The Tote Bag, are final sale unless stated otherwise on our website.
- Gifted Products – All gifted items, including gift cards or products redeemed through our loyalty program, are ineligible for return.
To initiate your return for return-eligible items, please contact us at [email protected]. Any return sent without first contacting [email protected] will be considered an unauthorized return and is not eligible for a refund.
Return Shipping and Fees: Unless your return is due to a product issue or ARMRA fulfillment error (for example, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item), you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Please note: returned products must be received in their original product packaging or they will not be accepted for a refund. Please also ensure only ARMRA products are included in your return shipment. We are not responsible for non-ARMRA items sent to our warehouse by mistake, and such items cannot be returned, recovered, or replaced.
For international returns, the customer is responsible for obtaining their own return shipping label and the costs associated.
Once your returned package arrives at our warehouse, please allow 10–15 days for our team to process your return and issue a refund or store credit.
Return to Sender Policy: If an order is returned to ARMRA due to a delivery failure, incomplete, incorrect address, unclaimed, refused, or rejected shipment:
- Reshipment Option: We're happy to reship your order once a corrected address is confirmed. Please note: additional shipping charges may apply.
- Refund Option: If you prefer a refund instead of reshipment, original shipping charges are non-refundable. Additionally, a $6 processing fee will be deducted from your refund total if a return request has been received.
Timing: Once your returned order is received by our warehouse, please allow 10–15 days for processing. Our team will reach out via email to confirm next steps.
Refunds: We will notify you once we've received your return, and you'll be refunded on your original payment method. For approved returns of return-eligible products, the refund amount will be reduced by the cost of return shipping if you use our pre-paid label. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at [email protected] with a picture of the issue. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or is incorrect, ARMRA will evaluate and may offer a replacement, refund,or other remedy as required by applicable law. For perishable or consumable items, including ARMRA Colostrum Soda, we will assess and issue a replacement. Physical returns are not accepted on these product types.
